We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
